Katie now lives fairly close to my dear friends from college Molly and John, who moved this last year from SC to Mass. I had a fantastic few days with them exploring and enjoying their new New England digs.
We went strawberry picking (still possible in the northernly parts):

We took a hike up Gap Mountain... It wouldn't be a visit to Molly and John without a hike!

A view of Mt. Monadnock, the second most climbed mountain in the world. Who knew??
We also went swimming at a nearby lake, got delicious ice-cream, grilled, went on good walks etc. Way too short, but packed full and oh-so fun! Thanks for a fabulous time, Molly, John and little Johnny! Love you bunches.
